This portal is designed exclusively for verified Google for Education Partners and is managed by the Google for Education team. Our commitment is to ensure the privacy and security of the data you entrust to us. By authenticating and using this service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To provide this service, we collect a limited amount of information. This data is collected in two ways:
Information from Your Google Account: To verify your status as an official partner, you will be asked to authenticate using your Google Account. Through this process, we collect the following basic information:
Full Name
Email Address
Partner Organization Identifier
Information You Provide: When you submit a funding request through the portal's form, we collect the information required to process that request. This typically includes:
Contact Person Name and Email
Partner Company Name
Project Title and Description
Funding Amount Requested
Any supporting documentation you choose to upload
We are committed to the principle of data minimization and use your information for a single, specific purpose.
Primary Use: Your information is used exclusively to initiate, manage, and communicate about your funding request.
Specifically, we use your data to:
Verify Your Identity: To confirm that you are an authorized representative of a Google for Education Partner.
Process Your Request: To log the details of your funding submission into a secure, private Google Sheet. This sheet serves as the official record to begin the internal review process.
Communicate with You: To contact you regarding the status of your funding request, ask for additional information, or notify you of a decision.
We will not use your personal information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than processing your funding request.
Your information is treated as confidential and is not shared externally.
Internal Access Only: The information you submit, which is logged on a private Google Sheet, is accessible only to authorized personnel within the Google for Education team whose roles require them to review and process partner funding requests.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties.
Storage: All submitted data is stored in a private Google Sheet within Google's secure cloud infrastructure (Google Workspace).
Security: We use Google's industry-leading security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to the data is strictly controlled and monitored.
Retention: We retain the information from your funding request for the duration of the review process. Following a final decision, the data is retained for a period of 24 months for auditing and record-keeping purposes, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
You have rights concerning your personal information. You can:
Request Access: Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about your submissions.
Request Correction: Ask us to amend any inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request Deletion: Request the deletion of your submitted data, subject to our legal and operational retention needs.
